Nominations for the above offices open on Monday 15 June, 2020.

Please do not send nominations until on or after this date.

Nominations for the position, with one nominator, must be in writing (email is sufficient including a CC to the nominator) and sent to the Returning Officer ([email protected]) no later than 12:00pm on Friday 26 June, 2020. Your nomination should include your name, member number, association, workplace and email address.

Candidates must be a financial member and belong to the relevant association and should be nominated by a financial member of the relevant Association and they must be copied into the email.

Nominations cannot be withdrawn after the close of nominations.

Candidates may submit a statement to be included with ballot material (if required). Only statements that are under 400 words (Arial, 11pt) and are received by the Returning Officer by not later than 12:00pm Friday 26 June, 2020 will be published.

Ballots, if required, will be sent out by post on Wednesday 1 July, 2020 and close at 12 noon Wednesday 5 August, 2020.
In accordance with the Rules, successful candidates will be appointed to the vacancies for the remainder of the term of office.
